Course Reflection:

This course was also appropriate for the end of the program. In my opinion, it was a way of even applying the ADDIE model to a project. I was the project manager (PM) for my group. I've worked with groups before, but I think this group situation, and the PM techniques, really had an effect on my future group work. Writing a grant proposal was also a valuable skill that should be taught at this level and within this field of study.
